AMO ZiL, yang dikenal sepenuhnya sebagai Moscow Automotive Society – Likhachov Plant (Russian: Автомобильное Московское Общество – Завод имени Лихачёва, translit. Avtomobilnoe Moskovskoe Obshchestvo – Zavod imeni Likhachova) dan yang lebih umum disebut ZiL (Rusia: ЗиЛ), adalah sebuah produsen manufaktur mobil besar Rusia, truk, kendaraan militer, dan produsen alat berat yang berbasis di Moskow, Rusia.
Kendaraan ZiL terakhir dirakit pada tahun 2012. Perusahaan terus eksis hanya sebagai situs pengembangan real estat, dimana sebuah distrik perkotaan baru akan dibangun oleh perusahaan konstruksi LSR Group.[1][2][3][4][5]
