Pastor Prof. Dr. William Chang, OFM Cap, seorang imam Kapusin. Ia dikenal lama menjabat sebagai Vikaris Jenderal Keuskupan Agung Pontianak. Di samping sebagai dosen tetap di Universitas Widya Dharma Pontianak, dia juga aktif memberikan kuliah di beberapa Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia. Ia juga dikenal sebagai penulis buku dalam bidang Moral. Sejak September 2024, ia menjabat sebagai Konselor General Ordo Saudara Dina Kapusin untuk Wilayah Asia - Pasifik (PACC). Ia adalah saudara dari Andreas Chang.
