Wayne Martin Messam (lahir 7 Juni 1974)[1] adalah seorang mantan pemain sepak bola, pengusaha dan politikus Amerika Serikat yang menjabat sebagai wali kota Miramar, Florida, sebuah jabatan yang ia emban sejak 2015. Sebagai anggota Partai Demokrat, ia mula-mula terpilih dalam Komisi Kota Miramar pada 2011 sebelum mengalahkan wali kota petahana Lori Cohen Moseley dalam pemilu 2015. Messam juga merupakan kontraktor umum dan pemilik firma konstruksi.
