Warnen (atau Warni, Warini, juga Viruni atau Varni; dalam bahasa Yunani: Ουαρνοι, Ουαρίνοι, juga Wærne/Werne atau Warnii) merupakan nama dari sebuah suku kecil dari suku bangsa Jermanik yang mandiri di antara bangsa Sachsen. Menurut sejarawan-sejarawan Bruno Dumézil dan Stéphane Lebecq, suku ini berasal dari Thüringen kuno dan tinggal di barat laut Jerman, yang saat ini terletak di arondisemen Nordwestmecklenburg dan Schleswig-Holstein. Suku ini merupakan tetangga dan musuh orang Anglia yang kerap mengganggu mereka.
