Vision For Transition merupakan album musik kedua karya Saint Loco. Dirilis pada tahun 2006. Lagu utamanya ialah Kedamaian dan Terapi Energi.
Setelah album ini dirilis, Saint Loco mengalami beberapa kendala internal band. Diawali oleh kecelakaan Webster (drum) dari motor beberapa bulan setelah peluncuran album ini. Kecelakaan yang dialami Webster, membuat ia harus mundur dari Saint Loco dan posisinya digantikan oleh Tius, spinner dari band ini. Namun, setelah mereka meluncurkan single baru di tahun 2009, Tius juga resmi mundur dari Saint Loco di tahun 2010 dan kembali lagi di tahun 2017.
