Ulithi
Ulithi ( Yulthiy, atau Wugöy;[1] dieja kurang lebih sebagai YOU-li-thee[2]) adalah sebuah atol di Kepulauan Caroline di Samudra Pasifik barat, sekitar 191 km (103 nmi) di timur Yap, di negara bagian Yap.
Ulithi mencakup 40 gili yang totoalnya seluas 45 km2 (17+1⁄4 sq mi), yang mengelilingi sebuah laguna sepanjang sekitar 36 km (22 mi) dan lenar hingga 24 km (15 mi), dengan luas 548 km2 (212 sq mi), menjadikannya sebagai salah satu yang terbesar di dunia. Atol ini termasuk kedalam negara bagian Yap di Federasi Mikronesia. Populasi Ulithi berjumlah 773 jiwa pada 2000.
Nama
Nama pulau ini berasal dari Proto-Chuukic *úlú-diwo.[3]
