Ubisoft Divertissements Inc. (dulunya Ubi Soft Divertissements Inc.), disebut secara bisnis sebagai Ubisoft Montreal (dulunya Ubi Soft Montreal), adalah sebuah subsidier Kanada dari perusahaan pengembang permainan video asal Prancis Ubisoft, yang terletak di Montreal, Quebec, Kanada.
