Thomas John Mueller (lahir 11 Maret 1961) merupakan seorang ahli teknik kedirgantaraan dan perancang mesin roket asal Amerika Serikat. Ia dulunya merupakan pegawai No.1 SpaceX dan merupakan pendiri dan CEO Impulse Space.[1]
Mueller dikenal karena pekerjaan tekniknya pada mesin roket Merlin, Draco, Super Draco, dan TR-106. Ia dianggap sebagai salah satu ahli propulsi wahana antariksa terkemuka di dunia dan memegang beberapa paten di Amerika Serikat untuk teknologi propulsi.[2][3]
