Thomas Stewart Baker (lahir 20 Januari 1934) adalah seorang pemeran dan penulis asal Inggris. Ia memerankan inkarnasi keempat dari The Doctor dalam seri fiksi ilmiah Doctor Who dari 1974 sampai 1981,[1][2] lebih lama ketimbang pemeran lainnya dalam peran utama tersebut, dan memberikan narasi dalam seri komedi televisi Little Britain.[1]
