Togepi (トゲピー, Togepī, /ˈtoʊɡəpiː/) adalah sebuah Pokémon dalam waralaba Pokemon milik Nintendo dan Game Freak. Dibuat oleh Ken Sugimori, Togepi pertama kali muncul dalam anime Pokémon, di mana ini menjadi sebuah karakter utama untuk lima musim pertama di bawah kepemilikan Misty. Karakter tersebut kemudian muncul dalam permainan video Pokémon Gold dan Silver dan sekuel-sekuel berikutnya bersama bentuk evolusinya Togetic, kemudian muncul dalam berbagai pernak-pernik, produk lepas, dan adaptasi cetak dan animasi. Evolusi terakhir Togepi bernama Togekiss hanya pertama kali muncul di dua generasi depan dalam game Pokémon Diamond dan Pearl.
