The Phillips Collection adalah sebuah museum seni rupa yang didirikan oleh Duncan Phillips dan Marjorie Acker Phillips pada 1921 sebagai Phillips Memorial Gallery yang terletak di kawasan Dupont Circle,Washington, D.C. Phillips adalah cucu dari James H. Laughlin, seorang bankir dan salah satu pendiri Jones and Laughlin Steel Company.
