Christopher James Hampton, CBE, FRSL (lahir 26 Januari 1946) adalah seorang pengarang drama, penulis naskah, penerjemah dan sutradara asal Inggris. Ia dikenal karena membuat drama yang berdasarkan pada novel Les Liaisons dangereuses dan versi film Dangerous Liaisons (1988) dan juga menulis skenario untuk adaptasi film dari novel Atonement karya Ian McEwan.[1]
