Tarim (bahasa Arab: تريم tarīm) adalah kota bersejarah yang terletak di Wadi Hadhramaut (Arab: وادي حضرموت, lit. 'Lembah Hadhramaut'), Yaman. Kota ini secara luas diakui sebagai pusat teologi, hukum, dan akademis Lembah Hadhramaut. Sebagai pusat pembelajaran Islam yang penting, kota ini diperkirakan memiliki konsentrasi tertinggi keturunan Nabi Islam Muhammad yang dikenal sebagai Sadah (Arab: سادة, romanisasi: sādah) di seluruh dunia. Kota ini terkenal karena menghasilkan banyak ulama Islam, termasuk Imam al-Haddad. Selain itu, Tarim juga merupakan rumah bagi Dar al-Mustafa, sebuah lembaga pendidikan terkenal untuk studi Ilmu-Ilmu Islam tradisional.
