Susan Jane Helms (lahir 26 Februari 1958) adalah seorang pensiunan letnan jenderal dalam Angkatan Udara Amerika Serikat dan mantan antariksawati NASA. Ia adalah komandan 14th Air Force (Air Forces Strategic) dan komandan Joint Functional Component Command for Space di Pangkalan Angkatan Luar angkasa Vandenberg, California.[1] Helms menjadi anggota kru pada lima misi pesawat ulang alik dan singgah di International Space Station (ISS) selama lebih dari lima bulan pada 2001.[2][3] Helms resmi pensiun dari Angkatan Udara Amerika Serikat pada 1 April 2014.[4] Pada tahun 2020, ia terpilih sebagai anggota National Academy of Engineering atas pencapaiannya dalam program luar angkasa sipil dan militer.[5]
