Paul Van Haver (lahir 12 Maret 1985), lebih dikenal dengan nama panggungnya Stromae [stʁɔmaj], adalah seorang musisi, penyanyi, rapper dan penulis lagu asal Belgia. Stromae merupakan anak dari seorang arsitek Rwanda yang bernama Pierre Rutare dan seorang ibu Belgia yang bernama Miranda Marie Van Haver. Ia berasal dari Laeken di Brussels.[1] Ayahnya merupakan salah satu korban Genosida Rwanda tahun 1994.[2] Ibunya membesarkan Stromae dan empat saudaranya di Brussel. Stromae mulai dikenal pada tahun 2009 berkat lagunya "Alors on danse" yang berhasil mencapai peringkat satu di beberapa negara Eropa. Pada tahun 2013, album keduanya Racine carrée laris terjual.
