Stadion AFAS (sebelumnya disebut Stadion DSB) adalah sebuah stadion serbaguna di Alkmaar, Belanda. Saat ini sebagian besar digunakan untuk pertandingan sepak bola dan merupakan stadion kandang bagi klub sepak bola AZ Alkmaar
Stadion ini mampu menampung 17.000 orang dan secara resmi dibuka pada tanggal 4 Agustus 2006 . AFAS Stadion menggantikan bekas stadion Alkmaarder Hout. Nama resmi adalah Stadion AFAS, tetapi beberapa pendukung menyebutnya Stadion Victorie.
