Ssam (harfiah; "membungkus") adalah jenis masakan Korea yang biasa dimakan dengan cara dibungkus terlebih dahulu. Biasanya ssam adalah daging panggang dan kombinasi ssamjang yang pedas atau kimchi dan bisa juga ditambahkan bawang mentah, cabai hijau dan nasi. Pembungkusnya adalah daun sayur segar seperti daun perilla, daun bawang, kol dan sebagainya
