Spacelab adalah laboratorium reusable digunakan pada spaceflights tertentu diterbangkan oleh Space Shuttle. Laboratorium terdiri beberapa komponen, termasuk modul bertekanan, pembawa tanpa tekanan dan hardware terkait lainnya bertempat di Shuttle kargo bay. Komponen yang diatur dalam berbagai konfigurasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masing-masing spaceflight.
Komponen Spacelab terbang pada 22 misi Shuttle antara November 1983 dan April 1998. Spacelab memungkinkan para ilmuwan untuk melakukan percobaan di gayaberat mikro di orbit Bumi.
