Sofonisba

Sofonisba (juga dieja Sophonisba, Sophonisbe, Sophoniba; di dalam bahasa Punisia, 𐤑𐤐𐤍𐤁𐤏𐤋 Ṣap̄anbaʿal) (203 SM) merupakan seorang bangsawati Kartago yang hidup selama Perang Punisia Kedua, dan putri Hasdrubal Gisco Gisgonis (putra Gisco). Di dalam sebuah tindakan yang menjadi legendaris, Sophonisba meracuni dirinya sendiri daripada dipermalukan di dalam sebuah Kemenangan Romawi.
