Shin Ha-eun (Hangul: 신하은)[1] adalah penulis naskah televisi Korea Selatan yang dikenal karena seri televisi Netflix yang sukses secara global, Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha (2021). Ia juga bekerja sebagai salah satu penulis dari dua drama tvN, Argon (2017) dan The Crowned Clown (2019).[2]
