Senakel (dari Latin cēnāculum "ruang makan"), juga disebut sebagai "Ruang Atas", adalah sebuah ruang di Makam Daud, Yerusalem, yang biasanya dianggap sebagai tempat Perjamuan Terakhir. Kata tersebut berasal dari kata bahasa Latin cēnō, yang artinya "Aku makan". Injil Markus memakai kata Yunani Kione: αναγαιον, anagaion, (Markus 14:15), sementara Kisah Para Rasul memakai kata Yunani Koine: ύπερωιον, hyperōion (Kisah Para Rasul 1:13), keduanya memiliki arti "ruang atas". Bahasa dalam Kisah Para Rasul mensugestikan bahwa para rasul memakai Ruang Atas sebagai tempat tinggal sementara (Yunani Koine: οὗ ἦσαν καταμένοντες, hou ēsan katamenontes),[1] meskipun Jamieson-Fausset-Brown Bible Commentary tak menyepakatinya dan lebih memandang ruang tersebut sebagai sebuah tempat di mana mereka "tak menginap, tetapi untuk tempat pertemuan mereka".[2]
