Semaya
Semaya (Samaia dalam Septuagint) adalah seorang nabi pada masa pemerintahan Rehoboam (1 Raja–Raja 12:22–24). Ia dimuliakan sebagai orang kudus dalam kalender liturgi Gereja Ortodoks Timur pada 8 Januari.
Menurut 1 Raja-Raja dan 2 Tawarikh, campur tangan Semaya mencegah perang antara Rehoboam dan Yeroboam usai Yerobeam memimpin suku-suku utara Israel untuk memisahkan diri dari suku-suku Yehuda dan Benyamin.[1] Raja Rehoboam mengerahkan 180.000 pasukan untuk memukul mundur sepuluh suku yang memberontak.[2]
