Sam Cooke (22 Januari 1931 – 11 Desember 1964) adalah penyanyi, penulis lagu dan pengusaha berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Dia dianggap sebagai salah satu pelopor dan pendiri musik soul. Dia menjadi yang terkenal saat menyanyikan lagu-lagu utamanya seperti "You Send Me", "A Change Is Gonna Come", "Cupid", "Chain Gang", "Wonderful World", dan "Twistin' the Night Away".
