Lokasi Salento

Salento (Salentu pada dialek lokal) adalah ekstremitas tenggara di Apulia, Italia. Salento adalah sub-semenanjung dari semenanjung Italia, kadang-kadang dideskripsikan sebagai "tumit sepatu bot" Italia. Semenanjung ini meliputi wilayah administratif provinsi Brindisi, Lecce dan Taranto. Semenanjung ini juga diketahui sebagai Terra d'Otranto, dan pada zaman kuno disebut Messapia, Calabria, dan Salentina.
