Pada anatomi manusia, sakrum (bentuk jamak: sakra[1]) adalah sebuah tulang besar berbentuk segitiga yang terletak di dasar tulang punggung, yang terbentuk dari menyatunya tulang punggung sakral (sebelumnya merupakan lima tulang, dilabeli S1 hingga S5) pada usia di antara 18 dan 30 tahun.[2]

Sakrum membentuk persendian dengan empat tulang lainnya. Dua cuatan dari sisi sakrum dikena; dengan alae (sayap), dan berartikulasi dengan ilium pada sendi sakroiliak yang berbentuk L. Bagian atas dari sakrum terhubung dengan vertebra lumbar paling bawah (L5), dan bagian bawahnya dengan tulang ekor melalui kornua koksigeal dan sakral.
