Roti daging sapi (bahasa Inggris: beef bun) adalah salah satu roti dan pastri Hong Kong. Ini adalah salah satu pastri standar paling populer di Hong Kong dan dapat dijumpai di hampir semua toko roti Pecinan di sana. Roti ini memiliki isian daging sapi cincang, dan sesekali juga terdapat tambahan potongan bawang dalam isiannya.[1][2]
