Romanos (atau Romanus) II (Bahasa Yunani: Ρωμανός Β΄, Rōmanos II) (938 – 15 Maret 963) adalah seorang Kaisar Bizantium. Ia meneruskan ayahnya Konstantinus VII pada 959 di usia dua puluh satu tahun dan mati mendadak pada 963.
