Rachel Ryan (lahir 22 Agustus 1961) adalah seorang aktris porno Amerika Serikat.[1] Dia muncul di lebih dari 200 video dewasa antara tahun 1985 dan 1998. Dia mempunyai banyak nama samaran, seperti Penny Morgan dan Penny Moore.
Tahun 1988, Ryan mempunyai sedikit peran di Clean and Sober, membintangi Michael Keaton; dia dan Keaton berhubungan lebih jauh pada akhir tahun 1980-an. Pada 27 April 1992, dia menikah dengan aktor Richard Mulligan, tetapi pernikahannya ini hanya bertahan kurang lebih 2 tahun.[2][3]
