Rachel Kelly Crow[1] (lahir 23 Januari 1998) adalah seorang penyanyi, aktris, dan pelawak Amerika Serikat yang berasal dari kota Mead, Colorado. Crow merupakan juara lima dalam ajang pencarian bakat The X Factor musim pertama pada tahun 2011.[2] Setelah tereliminasi dari The X Factor, Crow bertemu dengan Disney untuk membincangkan peran yang mungkin akan ia mainkan dalam film-film Disney.[3] Ia tampil dalam berbagai acara TV, seperti BrainSurge, Inside Edition, Big Time Rush, Figure It Out dan The Wendy Williams Show. Saat ini, ia bermain dalam serial Fred: The Show sebagai Starr.[4] Album mini pertamanya, yaitu Rachel Crow, mencapai peringkat 71 di iTunes.[5]

Crow menyanyikan lagu pertamanya ("Breathe" oleh Faith Hill) pada usia 18 bulan dan pertama kali tampil dalam ajang bakat sekolahnya pada usia enam tahun.
