Pteridin
Pteridin adalah zat berwarna kekuningan dengan tingkat kelarutan yang tinggi. Pteridin tersusun atas fusi pirimidin dan pirazin. Pteridin ditemukan pada sayap dan mata serangga, serta pada kulit ikan dan amfibi. Produk-produk yang mengandung pteridin dijual secara komersial sebagai obat penyakit leukemia dan bahan kemoterapi.[1]
