Phnom Samkos (Khmer: ភ្នំសំកុស; Gunung Samkos) adalah puncak tertinggi kedua di Kamboja, yang terletak di bagian barat Pegunungan Kapulaga pada ketinggian Templat:Konversikan di atas permukaan laut. Tempat ini terletak di dalam Suaka Margasatwa Phnom Samkos, yang mengambil namanya dari gunung tersebut, dan Hutan Lindung Kapulaga Tengah. Ketinggian dan cekungan hutan di sekitarnya mendukung berbagai macam flora dan fauna langka.[1]
