Peter Lee (lahir 30 November 1960) adalah seorang ilmuwan komputer Amerika. Ia adalah Wakil Presiden Korporat, Kepala Microsoft Research.[1] Sebelumnya, ia menjadi kepala Kantor Teknologi Konvergensi Transformasional Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency dan ketua Departemen Ilmu Komputer di Carnegie Mellon University.[2] Risetnya berfokus pada keamanan dan reliabilitas perangkat lunak.

Lee meraih gelar PhD dari University of Michigan pada Mei 1987 dengan tesis[2] titled The automatic generation of realistic compilers from high-level semantic descriptions.[3] Ia adalah Fellow of the Association for Computing Machinery.
