Pepperoni adalah makanan bumbu salami yang berasal dari Amerika Serikat-Italia, terbuat dari daging babi dan sapi.[1] Di Italia, pepperoni disebut salame piccante (salami panas). Biasa menjadi bahan baku pizza di Amerika Serikat, yang sering mewakili 30% pelengkap.

Istilah pepperoni diturunkan dari peperoni, kata jamak bahasa Italia untuk peperone, paprika.
