Penguin Random House (PRH) adalah sebuah perusahaan penerbitan multinasional Amerika yang didirikan pada 2013 dari penggabungan Random House (milik konglomerat media Jerman Bertelsmann) dan Penguin Group (milik perusahaan penerbitan Inggris Pearson PLC).[1][2] Ini dibentuk pada 1 Juli 2013 setelah merampungkan penggabungan seharga £2.4 miliar antara Bertelsmann dan Pearson. Random House dan Penguin Group, perusahaan induk, masing-masing berkepemilikan 75% dan 25%.[3]
