Penghalang saluran klorida Penghalang saluran klorida adalah jenis obat yang menghambat transmisi ion (Cl−) melalui saluran klorida.
Asam niflumat adalah salah satu penghalang saluran klorida yang telah digunakan dalam penelitian ilmiah eksperimental.[1] Contoh lainnya adalah asam antrasena-9-karboksilat, penghalang saluran-klorida tipe-CLCN1 kuat yang ditemukan di otot rangka, yang digunakan untuk mempelajari model hewan myotonia congenita.[2]
Beberapa antagonis reseptor glisina dan reseptor GABAA juga bertindak sebagai penghalang saluran klorida.
