Patrick Ky (Antony, 6 Oktober 1967), adalah pegawai negeri Prancis.[1] Sejak 1 September 2013, ia menjabat sebagai presiden Badan Keselamatan Penerbangan Eropa (EASA). Lulusan École Polytechnique (1986) dan École nationale de l'aviation civile (1989), sebelumnya memimpin usaha patungan SESAR.[2] Dia menggantikan Patrick Goudou sebagai ketua EASA.[3] Ia terpilih kembali pada tahun 2018 untuk masa jabatan 5 tahun baru, hingga tahun 2023.[4]
