Pascal Chang-Soï (lahir 18 Oktober 1966 di Tahiti) adalah seorang prelat Gereja Katolik asal Polinesia Prancis-berdarah Korea yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Uskup Taiohae di Polinesia Prancis. Ia ditahbiskan sebagai imam pada tanggal 4 Februari 2000, dan sebagai uskup pada tanggal 4 Desember 2010.[1] Pada bulan Maret 2013 ia diangkat sebagai Administrator Apostolik Papeete.[2] Ia diangkat menjadi Uskup Taiohae pada tahun 2015.[1][3]
