Panderichthys adalah sebuah genus sarcopterygii punah dari periode Devon Akhir, sekitar 380 juta tahun lalu. Genus ini, yang diketahui dari deposit-deposit Frasnium di Latvia, diwakili oleh dua spesies. P. stolbovi hanya diketahui dari beberapa fragmen moncong dan sebuah rahang bawah yang tak lengkap. P. rhombolepis diketahui dari beberapa spesimen yang lebih lengkap. Meski barangkali termasuk ke dalam takson saudara dari tetrapoda-tetrapoda terawal, Panderichthys menunjukkan serangkaian ciri tubuh yang merupakan transisi antara ikan sarcopterygii tristichopterid (seperti Eusthenopteron) dan tetrapoda awal.[1] Genus ini dinamai bedasarkan paleontolog Baltik-Jerman Christian Heinrich Pander. Kemungkinan jejak tetrapoda yang berasal dari sebelum hadirnya Panderichthys pada catatan fosil telah terlapor pada 2010, yang menyiratkan bahwa Panderichthys bukan moyang langsung dari tetrapoda. Kendati demikian, genus ini tetap menunjukkan ciri-ciri yang berevolusi selama transisi ikan-tetrapoda.[2]
