Palit Microsystems, Ltd. adalah perusahaan elektronik Taiwan yang didirikan pada tahun 1988. perusahaan ini memproduksi kartu grafis yang berbasis NVIDIA dan ATI chipset grafis. Pabrik Palit berada di China, sementara markasnya berada di Taipei (Taiwan). Perusahaan ini memiliki pusat logistik di Hong Kong dan kantor cabang di Jerman[1]

Palit Microsystems memiliki dua nama merek yaitu Palit dan Gainward yang masing-masing merek memiliki pasar yang berbeda. perusahaan ini juga dapat membuat kontrak manufaktur kartu grafis untuk perusahaan lain.
