Operasi Mo (MO作戦, Mo Sakusen) atau Operasi Port Moresby adalah rencana Jepang untuk menguasai Teritori Nugini Australia selama Perang Dunia II serta lokasi lain di Pasifik Selatan. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengisolasi Australia dan Selandia Baru dari Sekutu Amerika Serikat.
Rencana ini dikembangkan oleh Angkatan Laut Kekaisaran Jepang dan didukung oleh Laksamana Isoroku Yamamoto, panglima tertinggi Armada Gabungan, tetapi operasi ini akhirnya ditinggalkan.
