Op-ed
op-ed (aslinya merupakan singkatan dari "opposite the editorial page", "sampingan laman editorial" meskipun terkadang dianggap merupakan singkatan dari "opinion editorial"/"editorial opini") adalah sebuah potongan prosa tertulis yang biasanya diterbitkan oleh surat kabar atau majalah yang menuangkan opini dari seorang pengarang yang biasanya tak berafiliasi dengan badan editorial dari penerbitan tersebut.[1] Op-ed berbeda dari editorial (potongan opini yang dimajukan oleh para anggota badan editorial) dan surat kepada penulis (potongan opini yang dimajukan oleh pembaca).
