Oosit (UK /ˈoʊəsaɪt/, US /ˈoʊoʊ-/), oöcyte, ovocyte, atau terkadang ocyte, adalah sebuah sel nutfah atau gametosit perempuan dalam reproduksi. Dalam kata lain, ini adalah ovum yang belum matang atau sel telur. Oosit dihasilkan dalam ovarium saat gametogenesis perempuan. Sel-sel nutfah perempuan memproduksi sel nutfah, yang kemudian menuju mitosis, membentuk oogonia.
