One Is Guilty adalah sebuah film kejahatan misteri pre-Code Amerika Serikat tahun 1934 yang disutradarai oleh Lambert Hillyer dan dibintangi oleh Ralph Bellamy, Shirley Grey dan Rita La Roy. Film tersebut adalah film kedua dalam seri empat film yang menampilkan Bellamy sebagai Inspektur Steve Trent setelah Before Midnight.[1] Dua film berikutnya, The Crime of Helen Stanley dan Girl in Danger, dirilis pada masa berikutnya di tahun tersebut.[2]
