Neophema adalah sebuah genus burung bayan asal Australia yang terdiri dari enam atau tujuh spesies. Mereka merupakan burung betet bertubuh kecil dengan warna hijau kusam yang dibedakan oleh bercak-bercak warna lainnya, dan secara umum dikenal sebagai betet rumput. Genus ini menunjukkan adanya dikromatisme seksual, di mana pejantan memiliki warna yang lebih cerah.
