Nematisida

Nematisida adalah salah satu jenis pestisida yang berfungsi untuk memberantas nematoda atau hama cacing. Hama Nematoda yang sering merusak akar atau umbi tanaman.[1] Pada umumnya pemberantasan nematoda lebih sulit dan cukup memakan banyak biaya, maka hanya dapat diberantas pada perkebunan-perkebunan yang hasilnya cukup tinggi, seperti kebun lada dan kopi. Nematisida selain memberantas nematoda, sekaligus dapat juga memberantas serangga dan cendawan. Bentuk obat-obat Nematisida antara lain: DD, Vapam, dan Dazomet. karena obat ini meracuni tanaman, maka setidaknya harus diberikan tiga minggu sebelum tanam.[2]
