Navoiy adalah sebuah kota dan ibu kota Region Navoiy di bagian barat daya Uzbekistan. Terletak pada garis lintang 40° 5' 4N; bujur 65° 22' 45E, pada ketinggian 382 meter. Kota ini dinamai Ali-Shir Nava'i.[1]

Pada sensus 2007, penduduknya adalah 125.800 jiwa.

Awalnya dikenal sebagai Kermine (atau Karmana) di bawah Emirat Bukhara, kota ini didirikan kembali pada tahun 1958, di bawah nama penyair dan negarawan Uzbekistan Alisher Navoi, yang menulis dalam bahasa Persia dan Chaghatai di istana Emir Husein Boykara ( atau Husain Bayqaro) di Herat.
