NBA 2K adalah serangkaian permainan simulasi olahraga bola basket yang dikembangkan oleh Visual Concepts dan dirilis setiap tahun sejak 1999. Premis dari seri ini adalah meniru olahraga bola basket, lebih khususnya lagi, National Basketball Association.

Seri permainan ini awalnya diterbitkan oleh Sega Sports. Namun, sejak kemunculan NBA 2K6 pada tahun 2005, seri ini diambil alih oleh 2K Sports. Pada tahun 2021, seri ini sudah memiliki dua puluh tiga seri utama, dan beberapa judul spin-off di delapan belas platform berbeda. Liga eSports resmi, NBA 2K League, diluncurkan pada tahun 2018.[3][4][5]

Hingga 2018, saingan utama seri ini adalah NBA Live, yang pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh EA Sports.
