Myōbu


Di Jepang, myōbu (命婦) adalah gelar yang diberikan pada wanita pada kedudukan kelima dalam kerajaan atau wanita bangsawan. Pada The Pillow Book, Myōbu juga merupakan nama kucing peliharaan milik Sadako, yang dilayani oleh pengarang buku itu, Sei Shōnagon.3 Gelar ini biasanya berhubungan dengan kitsune utusan dewa nasi, Inari.
