Muwatalli II (mNIR.GÁL) (disebut juga Muwatallis, atau Muwatallish) adalah raja Kerajaan Baru Kekaisaran Het (sek. 1295–1272 SM) (kronologi pendek)).
Dia terkenal sebagai penguasa Het yang bertempur melawan Ramesses II pada Pertempuran Kadesh sekitar 1274 SM. Selain berperang dengan Mesir, dia terkenal karena memindahkan ibu kota Het ke Tarhuntassa[1] dan menunjuka saduaranya Hattusili sebagai gubernur Hattusa.
