Abu Bakr Muhammad bin Ra'iq[1] (bahasa Arab: محمد بن رائق) (meninggal 13 Februari 942), biasanya disingkat Ibnu Ra'iq, adalah seorang pejabat senior dari Kekhalifahan Abbasiyah, yang mengeksploitasi keberadaan pemerintahan khalifah untuk menjadi amir al-umara ("komandan dari segala komandan", pemangku raja de facto) pertama dari Kekhalifahan tersebut pada 936. Digulingkan oleh para pemimpin militer Turki pada 983, ia meraih lagi jabatan tersebut pada 941 dan menjabat sampai ia dibunuh pada Februari 942.
